Oh man, why do songs instantly jump to #1 within that amount of time? It's crazy.

I agree, if ANOM wasn't rushed on Itunes so early, it would've been a #1 single. Now the best it can have is a #8 single or wherever it peaked. This was a golden oppourtunity for her to get that elusive #1 single but I forsee that she will not get that at all with this cd....unless she pulls something off

I seriously agree with that notion. ANOM definitely wouldve been #1 if it wasn't on iTunes RIGHT after her VMA performance. It still has been a very solid strong top 10 hit. While some peak top 5 and then fall fast.

"London Bridge" is definately over staying it's welcome @ #1. "Crazy" will forevermore be #2. "Give It Up To Me" and "Get Up" are on their way to the Top 5, #3 for Ciara I think (HOTT tracks from the "Step Up" soundtrack, which has also helped "Say Goodbye" for Chris Brown and Samantha Jade's "Step Up" I see). Nice high debuts for Danity Kane and Evanescence, but I am bit annoyed that "A Public Affair" didn't go Top 10. = ( JoJo FINALLY debuts @ #90, which seems rather low. LMAO, The Cheetah Girls are getting ready to take Billboard by storm next week.
Question:
Wut happened to "Chemical React?"
And I do think that "Ain't No Other Man" should have at least gone Top 5 and maybe even #1, if it wasn't for the whorrible timing of the I-tunes release, but at least the song is showing stability on the countdown.

A Public Affair doesn't have airplay support (because it's little girl music) and Jojo debuted low because her single is an airplay only track (thus far). Remember digital downloads make up most of the chart. Today if you're #1 on the airplay chart it's hard to even crack the top 15 if you don't have the support of digital downloads.

Yeah... It's weird... Hips Don't Lie was #1 for 3 weeks (Hot Airplay) but it didn't reached the top10 during those weeks... The week it did (released on iTunes) it was down one spot
And Me and U has been #1 for 4 weeks (Hot 100 Airplay) or so but it has failed to reached top2 in Hot 100

Rush did go top 100 but never really made its mark because more undeserving songs denied it of a solid run. Yes, 11 weeks is decent to some but I had high hopes on this going 20 weeks on, maybe more.

They're singles flop because people don't like little girl Disney music.

^and rather listen to ****** rap and bad r&b music? Well that isn't a good tradeoff. I'd rather hear Disney stars than Rappers rap about girls, sex, money, grillz and clubbing. Rap these days is the same recycled crap.

I'm so happy that "A Public affair" is floooping. Very well-deserved.

I'm not really a fan of rap either (I only like a few handful), but it's better than little girl music.

I don't care if it's little girl music. Rap music went from a B- to an F. Anyway...
Not a surprise to see Justin open up that much.
