I don't agree on that. Beyonce is probably twice as much successful as Kelly. Beyonce her name didn't brought run the worlds to the top 10 on Itunes. Mostly because it wasn't promoted and the song is pretty bad imo. Hype is a very importand factor. Beyonce didn't have it and Kelly doesn't have it now.
What was run the world it's Itunes peak ? Was it already top 40 on the second day ?
