Past two AOTYs have gone to universally acclaimed albums from veteran artists after years out of the spotlight. Black Messiah fits that criteria perfectly.
It would be nice for 1989 to win, but the chances of them giving the Lord a second AOTY so soon (and for a pure pop album) are pretty slim. I'm sure she'll be nominated though.
