You needed to enable your full birthday (with the year + age) in your settings so it shows up on your profile, so then ATRL-o-matic will count it and add it in their system. I guess if you don't keep it in there, it'll skip over you since they always post (turning [age]) in the updates. That question is also answered in the OP, btw.
