Apparently Gaga told some fans that
1) she hasn't been tweeting because it's too emotional for her to face her fans *what kind of logic *
2) Her recovery time is 3 months (so still 2 to go)

If she really has 2 months left of recovery, she won't start working again till late May/early June...I guess an album release around Black Friday becomes more and more likely.

I thought we had already realized that it would take months for her to recover..... Gaga can't even walk at the moment, so she won't be up and promoting AP anytime soon.

Not trying to be an Anthagio but she could definitely be recording in her wheelchair and she can stand as we've seen in Natali's birthday party picture. So I assume that she's already working on the album and finalizing things. I could actually see her releasing the singles during late summer. So maybe August? Hmm, do you really think she'll release around Black Friday though? I mean it's a big opportunity for her, but who knows who else would be releasing.

And @ BadMonster, I think the logic is actually quite sound. If you had to cancel the rest of your tour, and you KNEW that people were counting on seeing you, and you being there. Do you think they'd be happy? It's that she feels that she's let her fans down. (and i'm sure some of them do really feel let down)

I don't think she's doing anything tbh.. recovering from a surgery like this takes it's toll and she told the fans in that short vid we got a few days ago that she's fousing on recovering, not ARTPOP. Also, she said she was gonna do dance classes in her break, so I'm expecting her to release a single around August at the earliest with the album dropping (hopefully) before Black Friday, so it can get a boost from Black Friday, but it might just as well drop ON Black Friday, but 29 November does seem a little late with all the Holiday music etc, so I wouldn't even be surprised if she's releasing ARTPOP in 2014 and we're getting the Tony & Gaga album this fall

About the tweeting, well she's not really facing anyone when she sends a tweet, right? I don't really get it, but her not tweeting dus help make the wait easier to me

I agree with BadMonster that she's probably focusing on revovery instead of working..Tbh I'd prefer a Black Friday release over a summer release just because of the better sales..Nevertheless I want ARTPOP to be nominated for album of the year at the Grammy...would be interesting to know when the deadline is.

IMO Gaga should celebrate a huge comeback at the VMAs, maybe release a second single late October and release the album around Black Friday...I have no doubts that she would still snatch that #1 album, no matter who releases around the same time

Agreed she was finalizing, but she wanted to take dance classes + this recovery is taking a toll, she'll have to get a proper rest afterwards because the era itself will also cost a lot of energy

Now I see your point, you're right about that, tnx for explaining I'm listening to her unreleased collection for the time being and also listening to/discovering new songs and other artists, so I'll manage Zedd and Azealia will hold me over as well and I REALLY hope she's putting the tour on paper and planning that... decide where she wants to go, what she wants to perform, what imagery she wants to use, what kind of stage she wants etc

Isn't the grammy deadline the end of September? So a Black Friday release would mean no AOTY noms at the grammys next year.

@Nikko, where was it confirmed that she isn't "announcing" anything for her birthday. I'm not saying she will, but did she say anything about that?
