Y'know, looking at the supposed "Do What U Want" video concept + the American Music Awards performance of the song really makes me understand what Gaga meant when she said she needs time to honor her creativity. Both things are really, really, really cringeworthy (as much as I still want to see the video).

Honestly the AMA performance was okay (Hollywood Gaga is alright, but more fitting to the SNL performance) and the whole R Kelly thing was just tacky. But it got cringe worthy and corny with the whole backdrop video of younger Gaga and news titles Too much art in front of the pop.

Thanks, but you already said that some time ago.

The song happened, though. The video is by far her best one, not to mention, it's better than any pop music video released this year, in my opinion, of course. There were performances these past two weeks and there will be more and the song will be added to radio on Tuesday - flop or not, the song is gonna happen even more.
