I agree, TF(M) success was built over 2 years, and Lady GaGa is a performer, all the promotion lined up, plus the media coverage (like no other artist) will make Born this Way sell on the long run.
Plus let's not forget the effect of successful 3rd, 4th and 5th singles. It's when you know there are more than 2 songs worth that you normally buy an album.
This is why her singles choice will be a huge determinant of whether Born this Way will know high sales or not (10M+)....
