If you like the rain it's fine but that's the only real complaint I have living here n. It's not COLD at all it's just.... always.. raining
The other places you live you'll have to deal with cold temperatures and snow instead Don't go to Quebec. The annoying French people live here. I'd look into York or Carlton as a potential alternative!
