The concert nomination special is at 10 pm Eastern Time here in the US.

I, for one, I'm not going to watch it. I don't want to create any expectations and then be heart broken. So whatever happens, it's all cool. I'm happy for her longevity and success. And that's all that matters.

Yeah...Several media outlets are predicting that she would get noms, but I don't know. She just isn't an award ceremony darling (which isn't fair). Even if she does get nominated I don't think she would win

But we all know she's just gonna show up and steal the show again.

But seriously, I've been following her career for so long and this album already brought some landmarks in her career. The nomination would be the pretty bow on top of her first number 1 album and probably her most succesful era since Miss!. I'm always annoyed when people refer to her as the underdog this, underrated that. An Album of the Year nomination would be the culmination of a decade spanning career of quality, success and integrity in this bussiness. People never even mentioned her name before for a General Field cathegory and we never know if she'll be in this position again, so, Grammy Gods, please, smile on me tonight!!! LOL.

I agree they'd never give her AOTY but in the Pop field she's a lock for an Album nom and if she gets it, a really strong chance of winning considering her story in the cathegory.
