I really don't think people are going to take into consideration about the amount of Tornadoes because its a song and its not like she's glamorizing tornadoes and the effect they have on people. As well Carrie has probabaly effected by a tornadoe one way or another in her life so it's not like she's singing a song she has no personal connection with.
