The one next to your posts that moves is the HQ avatar.
The one on your profile is called the "primary avatar" and you can change that on the "edit avatar" page.

Do members still get points even when they delete posts? I've always wondered this because I report, and then notice that they delete the post.
A mod can warn a deleted post. If you're able to report a post right before a member deletes it, the mod who gets the report will still see both your report and the post that was deleted. Mods can also see deleted (or edited for that matter) posts in any given thread.

Yes, they do. A sent post, if I am not mistaken, still remains on the database of the webpage even if deleted; therefore, admins and mods can have access to it and warn it.

Yes, but it's very troublesome for us to go through. It involves like, 3 extra clicks. So we may be more annoyed when handing out those points than usual
Some members still have problems with avatars on mobile devices, so it would be a good idea to explain them in a very short FAQ question. Also, some posible reasons - I suggest the three most common - as to why the server may experience slowness or failure.
I'm sure I have two more but I can't recall them now.
Are we allowed to post unreleased demos up for discussion in Base??? It's been out for over a year on youtube so I don't know if there are any copyright claims on it, and I don't want to break any rules :s
