If it isn't a direct link posted, it shouldn't be warnable. Just because I embed a Soundcloud song with a download link in the description doesn't mean anything. What if an artist released a free song with downloads enabled? That's warnable too?

I highly doubt that. There probably aren't enough ATRL+ members viewing the site at the moment to cause OC errors, especially at this time. We've been getting OC messages around this time for quite a while now, and the feature allowing ATRL+ members to bypass OC messages is only about a week or two old.

Over @ KTT (a forum with a fresher layout than yours, which holds up to 3000+ members at any time and a fully functioning server), they allow dl links within single threads. The only catch is that they can'e be the full link e.g. should Ari's album leak i can post the sharebeast link but spaced out.

AFAIK, they have never recieved any legal issues. This is just a cop-out mate
