hey! #Debate

while we are all fans of the queen, Nicki Minaj, but she is receiving quite a bit of criticism from the urban audience ?

many say she's sold out. but we all know Nicki! her strategy for this album is most likely going to have a lot of urban. but what i wanted to ask you was can any artist regain their approval from the urban crowd ?

Can Nicki regain her approval and dominance from the urban crowd or do you feel like it has not been completely taken away or lost ?

She should release a mixtape sometime between the 2nd album and 3rd album. Kind of like what Wayne did with No Ceilings. Something strictly for urban

i swear if this a double disc she will rip careers and become so iconic imo !
but i think she is really about to equally cater to both pop and urban crowd on this album especially the urban

but the thing that pisses me off about the urban crowd is that they act so ignorant toward artist who do pop music, so now they're saying "oh we dont like nicki anymore because she does pop music even if she does drop some hot urban tracks we still don't want her" -_- the "once you go pop you can never come back "crap but i do think nicki has the potential and power to change that...for her at leaST

they aggravate me so much lol but i imagine her urban songs will be massive

most of them haven't liked her since PF dropped anyway cause the instrumentals were a bit pop
plus they complain about what they want to hear from her as if they actually buy her music

i suspected that because i always looked at them like could you really see a guy from the hood or urban community walking into best buy purchasing a nicki minaj album??? in the urban community i live by they always buy their albums from the boot leg man that comes in the salon or babrershops

yes men are like that in the urban community, tbh only men who have enough pride to buy her cd in public and women and the homosexual community support her and of course the people who always follow whoever is the hottest artist out, you made a valid point because why are artist like j cole and 2 chainz, those who didn't "betray" the hood struggling to sell albums. i think the urban community just likes to talk because everytime nicki delivers a verse or sends a song to the radio it blows up on urban.....maybe the bitter people who miss old hip hop spend their time online making negative comments i guess... lol you're one statement made me not have any more doubts

i think alot of people are going to be surprised when they see it on the track listing of the album. it will def help sell the album imo. its airplay updates are quite remarkable

dahling (in my countess luann voice) nicki is winning. Don't waste.your energy when she is winning. When she is losing and they kick her when shes down yes. When she is pulling 2x platinum albums, endorsement deals, tour with rap kings and pop queens, winning awards, breaking records, mag covers and making bank you ignore the h8rs but thank them internally for dedicating their time, energy and effort to the great minajesty.
