Like, the few times that I've listened to it (and I can't believe I'm saying this about a Gaga song ) the whole time....I'm like "Girl, calm down with all the screaming and shouting, you're completely destroying the song"

I don't feel like a leak would have that much impact on sales - by the time it'll be officially released, pirated copies will be available anyway so it's not really a matter of concern over a free link going up.

The only difference is that we'll start to get reviews, which in terms of album promotion, wouldn't be a bad thing. Even if every single reviewer loved and it and were to force the entire population to download it, most would be writing under ethical journalism practices and so would advise that it's available from Oct 21. Because of the popularity of pre-release and promo copies it doesn't really make the average reader flinch and go illegally download it before the date (unless they were to do so after release anyway).
