I'm pretty sure billboard sales begin Monday and end Sunday but aren't released until wed/thurs so I don't even think she'll be on this weeks chart at all. If that's the case she could debut at number 1 next week

I wish, but radio.stations are playing it now, so it could chart on airplay alone.
Katy will probably have enough airplay this week to debut somewhere on the Hot 100 and then next week she'll have hopefully enough sales/airplay to shoot to #1. Either way, she won't be debuting at #1.
i don't really think releasing an old song was the best idea tbh. I was hoping a more fresher sound. I'm still rooting for her xuz i love her but im disappointed.

Katy could debut at #1 in America if she keeps increasing so much on iTunes and sells like 350-400k. Plus at least 50 million A.I.....it's doable. If not I see her debuting at #2 just like California Gurls.
