The truth:
On 6/19/12, I let Brielle onto my account because I was desperate to be liked by the Clique, and i thought if I let him use it since he was banned, I would be accepted by them. I realize that was stupid, everything about it was, not just me letting him use my account.
I got banned for six months. It was simply him using my account; I'm real, my name is Robbie, his name is Brielle and he's not me.

Can a mod please answer this? I'm going to keep bumping it until I get an answer because I've been wondering for ages.
If I upload something to Soundcloud with a link to download it in the description (not downloads enabled but a link to a file host in the song's description), and I post the song on here that I put on Soundcloud, would that get me a file sharing warning? If so, could I just put a download link in the comments section instead?
I uploaded my remastered version of Aura on my Soundcloud and want to put a download link because it's getting a lot of plays, but I've posted it here before and don't want a warning.

I'm not a moderator but I've reported members that posted tumblr/soundcloud with download links on the description and they did got warned.

But that logic is so incredibly stupid. What if I do an "ATRL edition" of every song I upload, without a download link, and put a download link in the normal version? They can still go to the other one on my profile with the link and download it.
If it isn't a direct link posted, it shouldn't be warnable. Just because I embed a Soundcloud song with a download link in the description doesn't mean anything. What if an artist released a free song with downloads enabled? That's warnable too?
