Today former New York City Mayor Rudy Guiliani declared that President Obama and Hillary Clinton are responsible for terrorist attacks on the United States.

Giuliani: “Under those eight years before Obama came along, we didn’t have any successful radical Islamic terrorist attack in the US. They all started when Clinton and Obama got into office.” Guiliani was referring to the Patriot Act, which was signed into law by George W. Bush in late October 2001.

In 2010, Obama extended several controversial key provisions of the Patriot Act which were set to expire.
