Yep and from what I can tell from the next few eps summaries, she uses Holden's "Condition" to help treat the ailing child. I doubt that'll work out well for Madchen.

It sound possible + Ryan said that it's something that has been teased in the other seasons and in Asylum Francis was playing prison lady in few episodes, in Coven there was police investigation also in FS and now in Hotel the main male protagonist in working for the police

Idk the whole Roanoke and Native Americans bit always stood out for me in Murder House. A whole season revolving around that and taking place in Colonial times would be really different and interesting IMO, especially as a contrast to the extremely modern Hotel.

Alex and John find Holden in Episode 3/4 and Alex attempts to diagnose him, and I assume she figures out somewhat of what his affliction is, and then using the virus to save the boy from dying in Episode 5.
