I'll trust Bobby for now, I mean, chances are Gaga's just gonna do what she wants and he'll accept, which might be a good thing..
Also, I know some of you like making avi's just like Gaga likes to add texture... can anyone make this avi sized for me?

It's funny to see people call him a "yes man" because, like, that's what all managers are... Managers don't just go behind an artist's back and do things, they have to get approval from the person who is pulling in the money and signing their checks, aka the artist. Every popstar's manager is a supposed "yes men". In fact, every popstar's team is filled with "yes men", or, you know, people who support the artist and their ideas. It's just some artists are more lenient than others. The only people who aren't "yes men" are the label execs, who do tell Gaga what she can and cannot do, just so you know. In fact, they're the ones who chose "Applause", "Do What U Want", and basically every other single she has released sans "Born This Way" and "Alejandro", which she fought for. It's almost as if you don't want to believe that maybe the people on her team genuinely like what she does since they're like-minded people with similar visions. Them liking Gaga's visions does not make them "yes men", so get that through your heads.
You guys have this weird idea of what a manager is and what they do. Bobby's job has always been and will continue to be engaging with fans to see what they want, signing deals with Gaga for promo spots, creating marketing campaigns, and various other things of the like. He's not someone who tells her what she can and cannot do, he's someone who helps her get the best out of what she does. Plus he's been the man behind a lot of the cool things Gaga has done with Interscope so I don't get the upset. When Gaga is performing at things like MusiCares and filming her own TV specials, it's because Bobby got her hooked up. That's what he does. Literally, there's no reason to be upset and those pretending to be upset are upset because they're leading themselves to believe something that just isn't true. It's like with the Richy situation. Richy has always been Gaga's co-choreographer alongside LAG, so him staying with Gaga with LAG left made sense. Gaga isn't going to keep these people around if she doesn't think they're competent. She knows they're good so she keeps them. It's not hard to understand. But please, continue to cry and make a fool of yourselves.

We can't make any assumptions about what Bobby will be like as a manager since he's only just started. We should save any potential criticism for when if there are any managerial problems in the future.

You better EDUCATE us

And by the way it's obvious that the reason why Gaga is not attending the Grammys is because she simply doesn't want to, not because she didn't get invited. That's beyond ridiculous.

Bless this goddamn post.
The whole "assistant" thing is hilarious, too. She's promoting the second in command like any other bloody company would. They're already experienced, understand the job and have an established relationship with the 'client'. They're not "interns" shadowing their bosses.
Whilst I do think she should change it up with new people from time to time, it's totally understandable why she'd prefer to promote from within. She knows their talents and capabilities, and knows whether they're positive/good people to have around her who won't sell her out etc. She also knows what they have contributed already (i.e. Richy did the choreography for x, y and z, Bobby came up with x, y and z ideas etc).

Wait...people really think that?
I know stans love melodrama, but after one under-performing album they really believe that her label would drop her, she would no longer be invited to the Grammys, no other stars want to associate with her anymore and this is THE END of her career?
****ing idiots.

so she's definitely not going to the Grammy's?
I don't get why she wouldn't want to if she went to musicares? It's not like she's doing a media blackout
