Seriously at some fans thinking Shoshannas tweet was a hint at Britney performing! She ain't going to appear, especially since she has a tour date that night! It's also too much of a smart idea for them to stream/tape a tour performance to show there not to mention it's effective promotion meaning it just won't happen! Have some fans not learned anything during this let down of an era?

Is Usher performing with David Guetta there? She could be refering to that as I believe she's over Usher as well!

so many options. i just want britney to take atleast 3 more single from this album. cause if criminal is the last one she'll probably taking a break from music again. even if she doesnt promote, atleast she's still "out there"

I know that's from 'Stages' but I never saw it in full, it's on Youtube but I hate how it's broken up into small clips, there are over 10 different videos one has to watch just to see the whole thing. It would be nice if they put it in one full video, anyone know what she was crying over?

I would have gone off at him about how his station is behind the hundreds that have already added "Criminal" and brought up the exact add dates. I basically would have let him know he isn't talk to no moron. Chhh is a station ever tried that on me.

i NEVER listen to the radio cause i have my ipod connected in the car but i listened to the radio briefly two times yesterday and they were playing criminal both times

Femme Fatale was rushed released in March before Sony's fiscal year could end. They wanted Jive to cash in on Britney one last time before Jive dissolved into RCA later in the year.

Jive broke into two and dissolved into two other companies -- RCA (pop - Britney&Justin) and Epic (urban - Usher&Chris Brown).

Britney didn't switch labels, she was just ported to another label. Her existing contract, team and work all moved with her to RCA. When it boils down to it, Jive wouldn't be doing anything different than RCA is right now with Criminal since they're both virtually the same.



Since her contract was ported with everything else, it didn't expire until Britney delivered that extra album. She already released Femme Fatale and B in the Mix 2 was used to quickly end the terms of Britney's agreement (thus the zero promotion + zero effort in securing fresh remixes).

Now, Britney is essentially free to leave once the Femme Fatale era ends. Since Britney is essentially in no-mans land, it's why RCA has yet to fully knowledge her as an artist under their umbrella.

I'm 100% sure RCA is courting Britney Adam and Larry right now to get her to stay with them. She will sign a new contract (that gives her more power and creative control) and we'll get an album sooner than normal...but I'm sure other lables are eyeing Britney too. I think Britney will ultimately stay with RCA though.
