Well, Shakira who was the last white person to hit #1 on the Hot 100 Airplay before Fergie, broke records on pop radio, and had Rhythmic appeal, but had no Hot AC/AC appeal. So, unless you can break records on pop, and have Rhythmic or Hot AC/AC appeal, and you're white, don't expect to hit #1 on the Hot 100 Airplay anytime soon.The obvious exception is Leona Lewis though. She came so close.
