I totally get what you mean
it sucks because it happens so often and those people are so eager to host, too. I kind of feel the same way, having first put myself as a host candidate at the end of S7, and with us now going into S10 it's like I've bene waiting forever
luckily my enthusiasm hasn't really wavered and is probably even better than ever given the guest judging throughout the latter of this season, and having had the time to come up with more good ideas I'm excited if it were to happen
So, truly, your 'fears' are quite twisted and obviously none of your worry
