I'll break it down:
Jenna did the shopping and the housemates are running low on food.
Natasha made the suggestion in hindsight that she should have planned meals for each day like any regular household would and then add luxuries on top of that
Jenna said "but all you asked for was bacon"
Natasha said that was her point. the bacon was a luxury on top but not a meal
Jenna isn't smart enough to understand and Farrah just shouts **** at everything.
