Tips to all you incoming freshman/ class of 2019:

If your school has distribution/core courses, for God's sake GET THEM OVER WITH ASAP. If you don't they will come back to haunt you and bite you in the ass your Junior/Senior year.

I talked to this one freshman (in a program I am in) and they were all scared n' ****.

So excited to be a senior this year and get my two Associates degrees and move to a big university and live my life freely!
My classes this year are great as well:
French 5
English 12
Current Events
Civics (because my school made me take Macroeconomics and then decided not to count it)

Then I have Physics 101 and Chem 102 at my college!

In some cases yeah. I have a few friends who got admitted directly to the 2nd year of their Undergraduate/Bachelors programme because the relevant material was already covered in the IB subjects (e.g. bio & chem)

Do any of you know a trans person or were even a trans person in school? I'm going as female for my first year and I was super strong and confident. Now I've been to orientation and for absolutely no reason I'm breaking down cause I'm nervous about what might happen

I think my plan is to focus STRICTLY on the work and not try to make friends unless it just comes to me. That way I'll feel less awkward

I think so. But most people won't know who you are, but it's okay. We are here to ease the pain away if something happens. But think of this as a fresh start.
