First day back at work after a few days off. Absoutelty terrible. The Avengers crowd is downright rude, impatient, bitchy, and messy as ****. We were short staffed, and I burned my self five times. I even had to close alone, so I didn't even get off until like 1:20am. Since transit had stopped running, and I'm too poor too afford a cab, I had to walk home. 45 minutes later, I'm home tired, and grumpy.
Im getting to a point where I think I'm getting over travelling. Don't get me wrong, Its my passion & I would spend my life exploring the world if I could. But financially, it is such a drain time to get serious about saving for a house or something in the future

How often do you travel? I try to go someplace new at least once a year.
I just turned 20 last Thurs. I guess I'm an oldie now.

I think my cousin came out to me over the weekend on his 17th birthday. He's such a mess about it. He doesn't think he'll be loved. I don't know how to comfort him. He's was like "You'll still love me right Ryan?" :

Anyways, we had another great date tonight. The snow melted pretty fast, and it warmed up pretty quickly too. We went for a walk through a park, and had a great time. Because he beat around the bush. He asked me a hypothetical question - how would I react if a friend or cousin told me they were gay. Asked if I would be freaked out and not talk to them anymore. I shared my experience with my best friend in HS coming out to me and how I didn't react to the news well at first. I said it was because it surprised me, not because I didn't care for him. I said Im a much different person than I was them and would support whoever it was -- friend or family. He started crying and asked how would I feel if it was him. I told him it wouldn't matter what me or anyone else thought, as long as he loved himself and was comfortable with who he was.
I asked him if he thought he was gay and he said he wasn't sure. I told him he didn't have to make a decision now. And we'd continue talking about it.
Our family is a mixture of Catholics, Muslims and Jewish. Most of my family is open minded but his father is not. He's a military man who would probably disown him if he found out. His mom would support him no question but he's worried about the rest of the family and the religious implications.

Well, I definitely commend you for being there for him, especially seeing he needed the validation from a family member.
In terms of reactions, it can also serve as an example for you to see how your family will react to his news if and when he decides to come out.
