I really think Wayne was extremely serious when he told Nicki not to perform. She wouldn't miss out on that moment for nothing.

I was fine with all of this until your earlier posts of how great this would have been... that's when I really started to feel disappointment that it didn't go ahead. Then I was fine again until now seeing this post.

Me, too. I'm not as worried as what I should be, but that's because I don't believe Nicki's career is unstable enough to crack under the words of a radio host.

If it's the start of something, then all of YMCMB are going to be on his back so fast...

I guess it's relieving knowing that Nicki is respected and protected by the guys at YMCMB. Like, I feel that Wayne, Drake, and Tyga (as well as everyone else) would go IN on anyone that disrespects Nicki. And that comforts me.

I just read through the pages I missed after going to bed, and I think I'm all good now. Sleep did me good, I'm a lot calmer bout the whole thing. We was really fighting though, I don't want the barbz on here to fall apart. You guys keep me sane on Nicki stuff.

In Nicki's case, another BC would be equal to her putting out a full pop album and then saying **** hip hop and anybody (stans or not) who opposes. So no, not another BC.

From my understanding, Peter Rose&Thorn (I forget his last name, he was the DJ of Nicki's set) started hating on Nicki, Starships, and her fans, saying Nicki doesn't make hip-hop music etc. And then Wayne ordered Nicki and the rest of YMCMB to not perform (apparently Tyga still performed, though) much to the fan's disappointment. And then the radio dude Funkmaster Flex said that he's going to 'destroy' Nicki's career on his next radio show. And now we're waiting to see how Nicki's career is going to be 'destroyed'.

All of this just seems so random and unwarranted. Like I can't hate on this Peter guy for his opinion, BUT broadcasting his negative opinion in public is very childish and that is something to hate. And then Flex jumping at the oppurtunity to destroy Nicki in the wake of Peter's opinion is so random and immature. I don't get it. But we'll see how it turns out.

Peter got on stage and said "I know there are girls here wating to see Starships fly but **** that I'm talkin to the real hip hop fans right now **** that ****."

Safaree then said on Twitter: "YOOO PETER ROSENBURG WHEN I COME TO SUMMA JAM YOU GETTING PUNCHED IN YA ****ING FACE U ****ING *****!!!!!!! I PROMISE U N*GGA!!!!!" and that was that.

But then Peter got on stage AGAIN, when introducing a rapper, saying something along the lines of "This right here is REAL hip hop with REAL rapping, REAL beats, blah blah blah" just more Nicki shade.

Word got to Wayne, and he wasn't having the blatant and continuing disrespect, so he told YMCMB to pull out. Tyga was already on stage, so he ended up pulling out in the middle of his set. Other sources are telling me that Tyga didn't leave, so I'm still fuzzy on that part.

Then after all that went down, Flex got on stage and started talking ranting on Nicki, saying he's going to destroy her career today @ 7pm EST on his show. Which is interesting, to say the least, because he was stanning down for her when her album was released.

Nah, that would legit lose a heap load of fans. At least with BC, pretty much every stan who said they 'stopped stanning' came back, especially when the **** hit No1 on Urban or whatever.
