I agree. Tho I love her, those vocals sounded so strained.
The choreography wasn't actually that similar. At the beginning, she had the same rotating stand as Rih had in Grammys, and the one starting at 2:10 had just slight similarities to Rih's Grammy and BRITs performances too.
