If you haven't cancelled it, do so. If you can't wait until Friday and want it now, you might be able to demand faster payment by contacting Amazon directly. They would only refuse refund if one had already been issued to your card, to be transferred.
He's annoying and rants a bit, but he knows his money saving schemes.
