Probably a dance and trap EP. I could see her working with Royksopp etc in Feb. I think she'll forever be young at heart, and turning 30 soon has definitely changed her current perspective on life. She's the most spunky (and real) she has been since she first came on the scene, which could translate well in the studio.
Imo, most of her "mature" sounding stuff seems more forced. Ideally, as opposed to going the dark and grown up route, she'll opt instead for edgy and quirky...like Blackout. Instead of using metaphors for sex, she'll sing about it. She showed traces of that willingness to explore on "Dark Horse" and "Walking On Air." The mature, acoustic album should come naturally and when she truly doesn't give two ****s about her success. On Prism, there was a little bit of everything, but it was all PG. I think she will finally be able to embrace being the pop star she is (instead of thinking of it as a masquerade) once she tells the team that she can't cater to kids under 13 anymore.
