Can't members then put words in other members' mouths? Like if someone edited their post because a sentence didn't make sense, and it came up "Last edited at 5:23pm" then couldn't another user report it and say "This user said 'Rihanna deserved to get bashed' and edited it out" with the mods being none-the-wiser?

In theory, I guess, but since I'm certain admins can see everything, that would probably just lead to
severe consequences for anyone lying in a report and no penalty to whoever's post was wrongfully manipulated..
