Rating individually can be tricky. What about these methods for the people that actually vote without stanning:

Line up every song and rank them in the outcome they want the rate to be (w. no stanning involved), give the upper half the10's, and so on down the line to the lower half that will receive the lower scores.

Just jot down the numbers 10-1 and plug in each song from the 3 or more disc.
