This might sound crazy ridiculous, but when Spotify is in offline mode like when playing your music in the car or when your out and about, not conencted to Wifi, does that count as one stream to the artist/song? I never really knew for sure. I know it certainly does when it connected to Wifi and not in offline mode.

If you play it offline then when you're online your play or stream should be counted when you're online with a Wi-Fi connection. Well, that's just my thought
Take Me to Church added 1,888,468 streams and 620,172 came from the US. Thinking Out Loud climbs to #2 again with 472,030 streams in the US and got 1,703,325 worldwide. While Uptown Funk is at #3 worldwide with 1,423,570 streams worldwide and 454,604 came from the US.
Oh BTW, "Take Me To Church" broke this week the record for the most streams in one week on US Spotify, beating Taylor's previous record. It's also the first song to crack 4M streams in the US alone in a week. Gonna update when I have some time

Ugh had taylor let spotify keep SIO one more week she could have been the first to crack 4m streams in one week not to mention she could have been number one for 7 weeks. Ugh all this could have been.
