I was referring to the initial order - which is what I thought everyone was talking about.

The show suddenly flew in the face of everything it previously stated and believed in at the end, and didn't even stick to the BASIC RULES it set up for itself from the get-go.
You cannot KNOW that and still say in all sanity that this is how it was meant to end.
Rest. In. Piss.

Let me just make a new finale with scenes of Rachel Berry and Madison Montgomery so it looks like they're talking and happy.

Yes, they order an initial 13 episodes and then give a back 9 (or less, depending on the ratings and how full their schedule will be if cancelled) based on success. But it's clear why SQ didn't get that, and the finale basically shows it was cancelled.

Hopefully he does an EW interview tomorrow.
I need to know why the 4-5 survivors suddenly changed.

Yeah I understand how it works.
I misunderstood what everyone was talking about.

Scream Queens would be too drawn out if it was 22 one hour episodes long. It would just be too much filler. Apparently 13 episodes was too many (see: the filler one hour finale).

That was kinda obviously changing all season. We were also promised relevant people would die every episode and the cast was scared of getting the script.
I do agree there are some question marks with Hester as the killer, but this is Ryan Murphy. Most his shows have that problem. Coven and Glee being amongst the worst (SQ's closest relatives) FS had it quite bad too, like with people forgetting Bette/Dot are WANTED MURDERERS after one episode.

Yeah, but honestly the finale was hardly the only filler episode of the season. I agree 22 would have been a bit exhausting for this series. I just believe Ryan and FOX were totally prepared for the possibility of that many episodes.

I wish this show could've been more about Greek life, with mixers, frat parties and all that. It was missing that college element. Honestly Scream Queens would've slayed so much harder as a MA Netflix series

Do NOT start, Martin. I am not ready for her to already be snubbed.
She is the MAIN character. Her character listing is 1 on the script (Not just placement; her actual character number is #1, which is always reserved for the main character; Elsa was 1 for Freak Show).
If Ryan kill her, for a THIRD time on TV, on a DIFFERENT show, I will kill him

Some tea from March.
The fact that the (series) finale left Chanel's fate up in the air
Ryan's revenge.

I think it's because Gigi made a deal with the Dean to open the gates of Kappa to all the girls that applied, hence Hester definitely getting in the Kappa House.
I figured this out before, but it was to strengthen my theory on Grace being the killer. Only Grace, Zayday and Hester are still alive from all the pledges so it had to be one of them. Zayday was obviously not the one, and since Hester was attacked at the mall, it all came down to GRACE.

Ryan said they shot different endings.
This was obviously one used because the show was cancelled.
There is no doubt in my mind about that.
All of you saying "You're just mad because you don't like what happened!!" are wrong, mostly. But yes, I am upset about what happened. But so is everyone else who thinks rationally, because what happened flew in the face of everything this show said it was and was meant to be, and took a **** on the greatness that it was right up until the end of episode 12.
This was not how the show was going to end.
And had there been a season renewal, we would've gotten the other ending.
A shame we won't ever get to see it.

I don't care about all of Ryan's other shows tanking as the season drones on!! I've actually been neither here nor there about a lot of the botched endings..Glee, Coven!!
But this had all it's ducks lined up to make perfect sense while being insanely outrageous, bloody. And ball dropped.

Only Ryan could turn all my love for this show into pure HATRED with just 1 episode out of 13.

Plus the Chanel's in an asylum and loving it there right away?

Oh and what was Chanel their target all along? Why bother attacking Dorkus to frame her then? Did they assume she was the successor?
