I've seen it all around, but mostly with people speculating it's Base HP stat. It goes Popplio > Rowlet > Litten from what I've seen, but Rowlet's is still pretty high (it was 23 for lvl 5 iirc). Also her Defense seems high by what Blue said a few posts back.

And yeah, I'll be seething if Rowlett isn't a sweeper given the potential for flying stab. That typing on a defensive pokemon is such a waste.
