I just need Dark Side to smash STAT.

And I honestly think MKIA was a decent sized hit because of all the promo for it and because it was the lead single. If it were 2nd or 3rd it would have tanked so hard I think. I like the song, but i remember the first time I heard it I almost died at how lack luster it sounded for a lead single.

Exactly. Promo is the only reason (and of course the fact that it was the lead single) that MKIA did so well. That's why I said that if I Forgive You was released as first single it would've done really well. I'm almost positive it would do better then if it was released as fourth single.

"Dark Side" now makes an appearance. Seemingly helping push the album up the charts. "Stronger" is still charting too and likely has a bit more life in it to stay in the top 100 a little longer.

I just cant get into IFY, i dont have doubts that it woul do good, but its far to basic for me...THE ONLY positive i can say is i love it lyrically cuz its different from her usually break up songs...but the production

You Love Me is ht or miss...i think it could have worked as the lead (similar to MKIA) BUT since thats not gonna happen, it should be the last single...

for the summer, i agree that the SAFEST release should have been IFY, but i think LMD would have been better, but i guess we'll have to wait to see have radio picks up on Dark Side...

the only reason it would do well is because it's so damn catchy and generic, that's why I personally don't want that as a single, a song of little depth, even if label wants it, i think one generic hit (WDKY) would be enough, that is of course unless its released as last single of the album.

YLM would be a great choice but i'm not here for it flopping, if as does indeed persuade the label to let that be a single she better be ready to promote her ass off or i wont forgive her
