On the topic of her advancing senility only affecting her memory of the 90s, Celebration's track listing has always pissed me off. What are there, eight 90s songs in total? Two of which belong to the Immaculate Collection Era and are often lumped together with her initial stretch of hits in the 1980s.
At a certain point, an artist's career can become so big that you have to have to represent each era as best you can, if only to show that there was great artistic growth even if commercial success was spotty.
This is my Celebration, an attempt to correct the official one's shoddy treatment of what I consider her most vital artistic period:
 
I made a few compromises, used a few single edits I'd have rather avoided, and I placed songs on each 'disc' in order to fit as many as possible within the time limits of two individual CDs. I will say I ALWAYS have loved how she opens the compilation with two songs from her third decade of music. Such a great statement about her continued vitality.
