Shakira was the last before Fergie, Hips Don't lie in 2006. Mariah Carey was no.2 with Touch my Body last year, Tyalor Swift was no.2 with love story aswell I think. I'm not sure if anybody else has come close

She has always been descridbed as white, because she looks white. I know she is mixed race, but so is christina aguilera. Mariah plays up more on her ethnicy now than she did when she first came out

I think she has Hispanic/Latin heritage from her father's side... I'm having second thoughts classifying Mariah as white...
