In my experience, you don't really. I've seen her twice...the first time I was very close and the second a bit further away. I feel like shes uses glitter interchangably with confetti. She has a confetti gun and stuff like that but as far as glitter goes, not really. There is one part during the show where she bangs on a drum on stage and there's glitter on that. You'd really only get covered in that if you were close and even then, I'm not quite sure it'd reach you.
Her concerts are awesome and there's plenty of confetti, not to mention condoms and candy from the pinata haha but as far as being covered in glitter, in my experience, nope.
