As far as ARTPOP, I'm starting to think there was some sort of setback in production. A few months ago it was all about "the decay of pop stars" or whatever and she was dropping hints everywhere, now she's quiet and people have been told specifically not to ask about it. It wouldn't surprise me if it turns out to be like Britney's Original Doll situation, where she started to make a completely different album only to dump it and start over halfway through.
Sufficed to say, if this results in Gaga's Blackout, I'll have no trouble waiting.
