I want the song to go #1 in the UK/Germany/France etc., and she needs to be able to fly over if it's more "experimental" than people are expecting to push it on TV.

Can't she just drop the single now, give it time to climb the charts and radio airplays (1 à 2 months, unless they use payola and radio deals) and mass promote it after the tour ?
