All Help requests are read and processed. Most of ones about reversing points don't get responded to.
Sometimes, I respond saying that I'll talk to the person that warned them. If you don't get a response or see the point is reversed you should be able to deduce that it was a no.
But they are all brought to the moderator's attention and deliberated so the Help request does serve its purpose.
