 Believe in yourself and go for it. 
It's addictive. after some time your so used to your diet that you don't even remember those gross fast food even exist 

 your body , basically, don't tolerate them anymore. It's a natural process. 
Especially when you start looking better better to the point you look at yourself in the mirror and wish you could have sex with your own self (like I do)
