I posted an article in here a week or two ago about political-science experts who ranked the presidents in 2014, and Obama came in at 18. I think he'd bump up a few spots if the ranking was redone with the last two years of his term accounted for. Breaching the top 15 would put him in the top 1/3 of presidents, which I think he might merit. He had a very good presidency.

I really don't think that he's all that anti-Israel. We're still a disproportionately pro-Israel nation and I think, as someone who personally interacts with Israeli and Palestinian Americans every day through my friends at school, we need to be a two-state nation who acknowledges Israel's right to exist along Palestine, just what I think.

The only Palestinian I've known was this girl from the West Bank who was the most anti-Semitic person I've met in my entire life, so I'll admit my extreme bias towards Israel considering I know hundreds of Israelis and work with Phoenix Sister Cities a lot (Ramat Gan, Israel is one of our cities) and my grandmother is the chair of our relations with Ramat Gan.

If there were a way to do a 2-state solution, I'd love it. It's just that so long as Jewish extremists try to take land from Arabs and Muslim extremists keep sending missiles from Gaza it's incredibly difficult.

I remember that - I'm not sure. I def. think he'll be in the upper half as aforementioned, but I'm not sure if I'd put him T20. I'd have to see what other presidents are there But I'd trust political science experts above myself any day so they're probably right.

This is what politics should be about! There are legit arguments to both big gov. and limited gov.

The fact that we're distracted by corruption, social issues, wars, etc. is very sad. Size of government and how it spends/taxes/influences the economy is all stuff that can be debated successfully from many angles and is what ideally politics should boil down to.

There are way too many variables to say that If the US pulls out of supporting Israel, Israel would be destroyed within five years and you know that's true.

That's the one thing I really really like about Hillary - she's very pro-Israel and would treat it well.
