What happened to there being four MAYBE five survivors?? The whole damn cast survived the season.... I need for the final episode to be a dream sequence tbh.. with Hester dreaming all of it after being attacked by the RD..

But NO ONE DIED, at ALL.

It ended this way because the show is CANCELLED. It's the END to the show, period. If Ryan had gotten an S2 confirmation he would've killed off Grace, Wes, Chad, Cathy and so on and MOVED ON. Not this vanilla-ass, BORING, STUPID ending.

This episode is Scream Queens doing what it does best. The commentary is on point, the humor is as funny as it's ever been, the acting and writing is biting and hilarious and everyone (mostly) got their happy ending. "Final Girl(s)" is everything viewers who have come to love this show could have hoped for in a finale, and even if Scream Queens doesn't get a second season, we can rest happy knowing that the finale delivered on the series' promising premise.

Each scene was more tragic than the previous one. Just when you thought 'well at least they have 10 minutes to somehow fix this up' BAM an even WORSE scene came up.

I have no doubt in my mind that if the show had gotten renewed, the survivors would've been the Chanels & Denise and that that human manifestation of vanilla ice and Rocky Dennis impersonator, Grace, would've been the killer.

So you're saying that Ryan somehow new weeks in advance that the show would be cancelled so he wrote and shot an alternative finale that was purposefully terrible? If he knew this would be the only season of the show, why would he sabotage the ending and make it look like it had a reason to be cancelled? Wouldn't he go out with a bang so people would be begging for it to come back?

There will NOT be a season 2.

And that is the ONLY explanation for this ending.

Ryan has the GOOD, QUALITY ending stored away because he knows the show isn't getting a second season, so he was forced to air this mess to wrap everything up for GOOD, and took the opportunity to have that tragic-ass jump-scare at the very end.

Let's pray we get the good ending on DVD.
