If your first reaction to a Person of Color saying something is hurtful to them and racist is to say "But not all white people are like that!!" then you need to take several seats. By saying that you are making The issue about your personal hurt feelings instead of the racism at hand and making it more important. And most white people are like that and have been for the past couple of centuries. You are invalidating the racism I experience everyday of my life. My distrust of white people is necessary to get through every day. If you are willing to stifle any discussion about that because it makes you uncomfortable and defensive then you are just as bad and prove that are white people really are like that.

My good sis all Im saying is we shouldnt make any assumptions based on color of their skin/where their ancestors from. People should be judged based on their actions, not the actions of the people with the same skin color, that would be a tad ridiculous
