It's easier than your iTunes constantly checking for a new update.

1)dunno there isnt specified anything about this
2)yes its the same, and its based on your country itunes, for example if poker face is nr 42 in itunes of your country it will be the same in apple music chart.

1) No idea.

2) The streaming charts are the same as the iTunes charts but they only show the tracks you're actually able to stream.

It isn't available as part of the actual album it is on but it's available as part of some random "Dance Party 2012" compilation album
