To be honest, if Work still hasn't peaked by the time Change Your Life gets released, it's not a problem imo, since Change Your Life probably won't start getting promoted straight-away anyway.

I agree with this. I feel like her label is still making some strides with "Work" considering they just released a remix EP two weeks ago and the remix with Wale a week ago. I think they're still trying to make this song appeal/branch out to US audiences. Its harder in the US for new artists to become established and have the radio industry backing them as well, hence why "Work" hasn't gotten that much radio support. Everything depends on the station themselves: if the DJs want to pick up the song and mostly if theres demand for it. I've been constantly requesting Work on the rhythmic station in my state and I havent once on there.
Shes had MTV Artist to Push and for a few weeks they've been playing "Work" on MTV Jams, MTV Hits, and AMTV. Not to mention Music Choice and Fuse as well. I feel as though "Work", even without charting on Billboard or anything, has still been a success. It has given her plenty of TV exposure she didn't have before and shes established herself there. The next step is getting radio, or maybe a random advertisement/popular TV show to play the song for it to blow up. Imagine if she wins the VMA, the things it may do for her career and possibly even the song, its so exciting!
