Frozen, Madonna's comeback single in 1998 was one of her most surprising and unexpected song. It's a Techno song with a Trip-Hop/Ambient beat. It's really gorgeous and enchanting. Madonna's vocals are on key, and the whole song is great. Overrated? Maybe, but who gives a ****, it deserves this high of a position.

Fun fact: This song was switching #1 with Get Together throughout the first half of the scores. Ray of Light is the most dancefloor centered song on the album, and it really shines. Madonna delivers great vocals, great banshee screams and the whole song screams happiness.

I would put Frozen above Ray of Light but they're both great.
If Vogue gets 2nd it's still slightly overrated.
