I started watching Before Sunrise and couldn't even finish it The dialogue was annoying as hell and i didn't connect with any of the characters. Pretentious crap.

IKR? They must have fallen in love for each other because both of them are annoying.
Well I saw Twilight: Eclipse on Friday...and Kristen Stewart's acting was horrible. My friends and I pretty much messed with the Twihards in the theatre by clapping and stuff whenever Jacob came on screen and had pretend fights over Team Jacob vs. Team Edward, I screamed Team Dakota when she came on, etc. It made the movie a lot more enjoyable.
Saw Despicable Me yesterday and I was really disappointed. I thought it was going to be a lot funnier and better. It was just kind of predictable and I don't know but I just left feeling like I wasted $8.50
I actually enjoyed this flick!
It was surprisingly good and funny at certain parts.
I can't believe this is turning out to be a moderate hit instead of bringing Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz back to the scene.
The Limits of Control
8/10
It's a film i can see myself tagging as "pretentious". But for some reason it turned out to be, for me, completely the opposite. I thought it was quite mature, stylish and it was an experience of its own, not an Avatar-esque experience, but an experience nevertheless. It keeps the mystery the whole movie and it never really solves it, but that's not what's important, what really matters is what the characters are, what they say, and how it is all summed up at the ending. It talks about motion pictures themselves and it leaves you thinking for a long while.

Last week, I watched Lethal Weapon 2 and 3 on TV, which was ironic because of the Mel Gibson controversies. I had never really seen any Lethal Weapon movies in the past, but they were great.

Yeah, this movie is very good. It deserves more at the BoxOffice,
I just read an article on Boxofficemojo and they said this movie is not doing good because of the marketing stuff.
Unfortunately, the movie's marketers didn't get the memo: instead of a summer romp, Knight & Day was presented as if it had a similar premise to Collateral, only more brightly lit and with more quips, and the drama was punctuated by the Muse song "Uprising" (also just used to push the V television series). The ads weren't clear about the movie's story or tone, leaving only the action spectacle and star power to carry the day. In this context, though, Cruise seemed unhinged (Diaz being the audience surrogate), making the movie an out-of-form self-referential nod to Cruise's oft-criticized off-screen behavior of recent years. Sensing things weren't working, the ad campaign shifted gears at the last minute, cutting the Muse song but offering only more generics.
