"It's clearly an article not a question" ... yes, it is indeed an article. However, the article you posted posed a question in which you made a thread asking the same question the article did. For something to be in Celebria it needs to be [hopefully] factual and no question. That is the reason why it was turned into a discussion thread in Base. Also, many members have used articles with already stated questions (like yours) or used them to pose a question as a thread before. As well, not every discussion thread has to have a poll in it. There can be threads that have open ended questions like the one you provided.

Which one of you warned me for saying Rihvember in the Hot 100 thread? Thats not a ****ing nickname, its a term for a month in which Rihanna releases albums frequently. I was simply stating that a Lead Black Artist didn't achieve the #1 position this year, because she didn't release a new album.
I happily accept warning points when they are deserved, but this is some new ****.
